'And I try not to forget them'

"I love being gay. I love gay people. I think we’re better than other people. I really do. I think we’re smarter and more talented and more aware and I do, I do, I totally do. And I think we’re more tuned in to what’s happening, tuned into the moment, tuned into our emotions, and other people’s emotions, and we’re better friends. I really do think all these things."

we're young, beautiful and soon we will explode

i just came back from my trip to the capital and got a phone call that my surgery was rescheduled for 4 pm.

blimey.

i only have 45 min to get ready and arrive on time.
***
damn, it was so humiliating. there was a poster of dolphins on the operating theatre's ceiling that was supposed to relax you. DOLPHIN POSTERS ARE NOT RELAXING.
it hurts so bloody much, and i'm on an incredible dose of painkillers.

i'm listening to 'wonderful woman' & 'there is a light that never goes out' by the smiths, and feel so extremely sad. pure essence of sadness. and i can't stop.

Take me out tonight
Where there's music and there's people
And they're young and alive
Driving in your car
I never never want to go home
Because I haven't got one
Anymore
Take me out tonight
Because I want to see people and I
Want to see life
Driving in your car
Oh, please don't drop me home
Because it's not my home, it's their
Home, and I'm welcome no more
And if a double-decker bus
Crashes into us
To die by your side
Is such a heavenly way to die
And if a ten-ton truck
Kills the both of us
To die by your side
Well, the pleasure - the privilege is mine
Take me out tonight
Take me anywhere, I don't care
I don't care, I don't care
And in the darkened underpass
I thought: Oh God, my chance has come at last
(But then a strange fear gripped me and I
Just couldn't ask)
Take me out tonight
Oh, take me anywhere, I don't care
I don't care, I don't care
Driving in your car
I never never want to go home
Because I haven't got one, da ...
Oh, I haven't got one
And if a double-decker bus
Crashes into us
To die by your side
Is such a heavenly way to die
And if a ten-ton truck
Kills the both of us
To die by your side
Well, the pleasure - the privilege is mine
Oh, There is a light and it never goes out
There is a light and it never goes out
There is a light and it never goes out
There is a light and it never goes out
There is a light and it never goes out
There is a light and it never goes out
There is a light and it never goes out
There is a light and it never goes out
There is a light and it never goes out

i was ashamed

instead of studying for tomorrow's very important test, i saw a film. a teenage film, you know : high school, prom, college, pyjama parties, scavenger hunts, popularity, first kiss, prince charming.

oh my, teenage films are so inspiring. they stimulate, motivate.
